Auction House

I have bought house from Servimix , which is auction house. They have promised eviction within three weeks, three weeks has passed and they keep on saying next week court will issue letter of eviction but is not happening. When I mention a refund , they told me they have already pay all the people who have to deal with this matter, such as Lawyers, red aunts. Next week if they don't give me valid reason. I need my money back
