Complaining

Good Evening

Since I bought some items from china as per order no263807 during 20 March 2023 till today I haven’t found got them and the company failed n still failing to provide me with tracking number .

For the past two weeks they have been avoiding my Emails as I’ve left +-30 emails on the this email we have been using (***)they can’t even get back to me as last they said the parcel is delivered in RSA but it’s nowhere to be found please assist🙏🏿🙏🏿and I paid for those stuff
