Service plan of lies

Very bad and ****s. We’ve been paying for this service plan, now that we have to use it they are telling us that the VIN number is incorrect. We sent them a picture of the VIN number as per their request, how is it now our problem that whoever captured the information captured it incorrectly. They confirmed that the engine number and the car is the correct one with Toyata yet they still refuse to cover the cost.
