MVIA Insurance

I took a service plan for my car with MVIA Insurance after it's service plan with VW lapsed after 90 000km. VW advised that the car must be serviced annually because it's over 90 000km. That's when I approached MVIA Insurance for their service. Last year they serviced the car. This year they are telling me about the claim frequency and my driving pattern. It is clear they don't want to service my car. Why did they sign me in after i have explained the reason for my call? I am paying a lot of money to be told by Claim Frequency and my driving pattern, they've got nothing to do with the service of the car.
