The WORST Sales Consultant EVER!!! Sort out this mess

Not Happy at all with the service that we as a company gets from Innocent Mulaudzi We request quotes from him and 95% of the time we don't get quotes from him so as a result from this we lose clients and business as well. We complained a million times but still the same result as usual, Not receiving anything. Can we please then have a new account sales person that is willing to help us
