Lenovo Spares

I bought a Power Cable for a Lenovo Think Station the invoice stated in stock 10/12 working day delivery.<br> What not told to me was the part has t come from overseas. It arrived in the Country 22nd May and most likely cleared Customs to-day or yesterday. Been told by Mark it was not packed for dispatch and now given a June the 26th date. How can a Company dealing with an international Company like Lenovo treat customers in this way.
