Mercedes Benz is failing to pay back our money

On the 15 June 2023 Mercedes Benz deducted money from my mom's account for a payment of a car that she has settled. She has been calling and sending emails for a month now and they keep on giving her stories, even today she called and they said they will escalate it.

It's exactly a month now and there is still no payment,this is unacceptable
