So I have called in at Mercedes benz Constantia Kloof on 14th avenue to book in my car for service, I asked the lady who was assisting me if am going to get an sms or anything to confirm my booking, and she said someone will call me on Tuesday(4th October) to confirm my Wednesday booking but even if they don’t call me I should still bring in my car. And they didn’t call me to confirm my booking and today I took my car for service, I was told by security personnel that my car was not on the list for cars that should be serviced that day, and the two gentlemen told me to go to the receptionist to book it in, when I got to the receptionist lady I think her name is Chantell with blonde short her with a stinking attitude told me that I should have booked in my car and am like I did actually she’s like who did you speak to am like I don’t know I never took their name, but I booked in my car. And if they check their records they will see that they received a call from *** on the 30th Sep to book in a car for service. So then they had to open a service card for me wasting my time with no apology of their incompetency and another lady came in and told me that since I didn’t book in my car for service I should expect it later or even tomorrow, am like I booked in my car for service it’s you’re incompetency that my booking was never made. With no apology she continues and tells me that I’ll get my car late nxae. Even when I bought my car I went to Constantia kloof experinced a bad service and drove to Mercedes benz Eastgate that’s when I got proper service from a guy called Riaan Potgieter so Constantia Kloof Mercedes benz in Roodepoort has bad service period and pity I stay that side.
