Loss of German perfection from Benz

We bought a new Mercedes GLC 250D from Naledi Motors in Gaborone in 2018. Within a few months the handle of the rear passenger door fell off. Just after that the rear window was stuck mid way and we had to to have that repaired. The blue liquid indicator kept on reminding for more liquid. After a service we were told that we are adding too much blue liquid. The worst was when we were stuck with a flat tyre after the car was sold under the impression that run flats were on it and on top we received a repair kit. The latter simply refused to work on the flat tyre since it was an ordinary tyre. The car was sold with ordinary tyres. The reaction from Naledi Motors was that it is not standard that the car comes out with run flats ! We had to buy the whole set and travel another 680km to have that formatted to Benz standards. Unnecessary to say we lost our belief in Mercedes Benz - the dealer or the German perfection ? Still pondering on that one...
