Service Master Needs a Name & Attitude Change

A name change is overdue as they clearly do not know what customer \service"is. We have been a loyal customer for many years only to be told they are no longer happy to \""service\"" us due to \""having had to come out too many times\"" in the \""12 month guarantee period\"" they \""apparently offer\"". We have renewed our contract annually for several years and only had them spray our home for ants 2-3 times in the 12 month period allowed therefore - although when you sign the contract they state that the number of times they are called out is limitless so long as it is longer than 2 weeks from the previous application. So last year we had them out 6 times in 12 months as clearly their \""solution\"" wasn't working as it did before - perhaps cost cutting on the effective ingredients mixed up therein?? ?On their contractors recommendation we had them spray our home each time they came to spray our garden (3 month allowance) \""as they were coming out anyhow\""...only to now be told we had them out too many times.
