SERVICE EXPECTATION NOT MET.

On holiday in Cape Town, I was able to find a legitimate rental in Bayridge Milnerton with Service First Consulting. All went well until I I found that my initial deposit was not refunded as promised. Repeated attempts to call and email Shandy, the agent with whom I communicated , has been met with no response or positive feedback. I am dissapointed that I cannot resolve this amicably.
