Worst experience working for Servest

Im writing this email on behalf of my sister. She's had the worst experience working for Servest as a cleaning contractor. She's being treated so badly. She said she was called by a lady from servest on the 11th of December 2020 to start working at Clicks Polokwane Savana Mall as a cleaner. She wasn't called for an interview, she wasn't asked for a cv, she wasn't made to sign a contract beforehand. Out of desperation because she hasn't worked in over 10 years she started working. She was sent to different Clicks stores in Polokwane to relieve sick and off employees. Days went by while she was working tirelessly without any mention of a contract. A lady by the name Patricia who is apparently her Supervisor for Servest in Polokwane gave her a timesheet and contract after working for about 3 weeks. Till this day she hasnt received a cent from Servest when she calls Patricia she always has an excuse and she even told her they are checking her ******** record after working for over a month. She's been borrowing money for transportation from friends and family to the point where she was unable to go to work this week because she hasn't paid anyone back. Patricia is extremely rude and unproffesional she dropped the phone in my sister's ear while she was following up on her payment, she shouldn't be in a managerial position. Servest please look into this and get back to us.
