TERRIBLE!!!! TERRIBLE SERVEST

Our company has a contract with Servest Hygiene . We have had it for 36 months. Servest service is extremely terrible . Everything was promised 3 years but over the past year their service has just gone worse . From services been missed or we been charged for the wrong items . Most amusing our contract expired no one informed us . We had to approach the rep two months later.

The worst of it is that they have been overcharging us from October 2017 . I have enquired several times only to get a run around . I phoned the rep Bianca several times from November got no response . Eventually after phoning her every 2 days she inform me I should deal with accounts . This was two months later . I have been emailing accounts since February 2018 the lady name is Zoed but I get no reply on the email or any phone calls to return my messages . I received a statement with the amounts been reversed but once again not with my money that has been paid already . This does not reflect . I once again emailed no response . I phoned she's never there . I spoke to the manager Kumar Govender (not sure if his the manager on the 15/05/2018 . He assured he will look into this but once again I got no response no email or a phone call. Servest is just pathetic from service to accounts . Not sure what management you have there of if there is any .
