Servest parking western cape.
I have left the devision in servest in june 2020. This week i with sofar any success to fet the hr dept to sign off the documentations... with no reply from the nation ops manager nor the hr western cape to finalize such a small request...makes you think if thats the way you handle ex employees ..how do you handle your clientele..

No pension documentation was provided to be filled in... i do believe that when you leave a hugh company .. they will be able to do the basics correct.
I worked at the devision parking in western cape. This week i had after alot of requests ...recieved the documentation from Head office HR. Payroll...in the mail it stated clearly that it need to be signed and STAMPED by my local office.
I filled it in the same day.. whereby the last page of the document needed to be signed off by or my supervisor.the national operations manafer .. which i contacted requesting him to urgunt attend to this matter... he rep**** 23h00 that he will attend to it the following day..thuesday...no reply since whether he did attend to it or not...i had to make contact again with the HR Western Cape without even a reply... allthought its that dept responcibility to finalize any ex employees documentation..
I made contact with the person in my present post to try to get someone to act on my quiry..with limited effect.
