Servest Group Horrible Service

Servest Parking Security, i'm so disappoint on the handling of my situation this afternoon. i went to the Mall of Africa to run my errands as usual. on my way out, the usual go to the Parking Ticket Pay point and i forget my ticket on the machine after paying for it, but i was a little too late to get it. when i call the Parking Office the only thing they said was you have to Pay R75, i tried to explain even asked them to look at the camera footage. no one was willing to listen nor reason with me, I was really annoyed and disappointed on how the manager failed to reason in situation. i would truly understand if i lost a ticket that wasnt paid for. Horrible experience whereby i had to pay for a ticket and R75 more. i hope in future you will do things a little different and reasonable is not everyone who is looking for a free Parking in a Mall Please do NOTE THAT.
