SERVEST CTIA OVERHARGE PARKING BY R1000!

3 weeks ago I was overcharged R1040 for 24 minutes parking at CTIA. At the Servest ticket office, I was told they would need to investigate and that I had to submit my bank statements and the proof of the ticket via email, which I did the same day. I have yet to know when I will get the refund!! Surely the money is reflected in their bank account by now. Why should the onus be on me to prove they made a mistake? Subsequent email inquiries have been ignored.
