Salary query with Servest

I was working for Servest group as a Security officer They were deducting my money *******ly because instead of paying me because I was working more than 208 hours almost 250 and more sometimes and they deduct all other extra hours saying they are more than 208 while they know I was given by them the roster to work those shifts This happen for a year and then I fought with them when I was complain for this they dismissed me later
