Rude Staff

On Sunday 6th Aug at Kwena Squire in Roodepoort. We parked our car and when we returned our car were bumped. The car guard said he went to the toilet and seemed that when it happened. The car guard said we must go to to security office the check the Surveillance footage to check the information of the car who bumped our car and left without reporting it. The Girl working in the rooms name was Monica. She was so rude and didnt want to assist me. I did ask for her Superiors details and she refused to give it to me and said she is the Supervisor. Its cornering as everyone assistant expect her. I gave her my details as i need the information from the other vehicle to make a case as Saps.
