Price gauging at Capetown International Airport by Servest Parking

R30 charge for parking 7 mins at Cape Town International Airport "pick-up zone", although signs clearly say 20mins free parking. I asked a SAPS officer where I could query this & he told me he had had several people with the same complaint. Obviously the time was incorrect on the particular pay machine that I used. I was given a reference number and an email address. I emailed Nomava Nyume at Servest with my query, received an answer the next day asking how I had paid. (That was all in my original query). This happened on 11 Feb 2024, emails on 13 Feb, and since then nothing to date (29 Feb). To overcharge a customer even by R30 (remember: several other people were affected by this timing isue) and not bother to apologise or offer a refund is just simply *****! Parking at Cape Town International is expensive enough without being gauged by inaccurate machines.
