Pension documentations not filled in correctly..

And were back... i standard document again is not completed as requested by my in a mail to hr western cape. It was submitted to pension psg wealth ... recieved responce back that the beginning date and end date was not filled in and await further instruction before finalizing this standard document.. Once again i have to wait.... its a shame and more a disgrace in handeling ex employees and the responcible persons need to be repremanded ... will you be happy with the un proffesional manner that this is handeled .. i dont think so...
