Patrick Refused to let me in the casino

wed i was off i decided to go out with my family to montecasino for refreshment.I was totally looked down with one of the staff members by the name Patrick on the entrance.the fact is that i was off and i was not allowed to use the entrance even though i am a manager in one of the shop in the casino.i did tell him that even i am off i am not allowed to use the entrance and he persisted on saying yes.my family didnt know the place so why do i need to be prohibited to enter since i was going to spend my own money not his.PLEASE make sure your staff know exactly what they are suppose to do to others. REALLY UNHAPPY my day spoiled.please help Patrick to understand HOSPITALITY.
