pathetic service

I have never seen such bad service in my life. You place an order with them and a week later you must follow up on your delivery that is still not deliver. Their turn around time is 4 days. Then they promise that you will get your delivery the next day. The next day you have to follow up again on your order and then the sales lady tells you that she have spoken to her boss and is not sure what she still can do to assist with this problem.
