Parking lot attendant sleeping on duty for 4th time now.

<p>Veli is the name of the parking lot attendant at Colloseum Building (Flat with residents) situated at corner Kruis street. This employee contractedto Servest Group is a lousy employee that comesto sleep at work. On four occasions he has been caught sleeping on duty and as residents we have to wake him up when we needto park our cars. The parking lot is not free and we have to pay when we leave and when also I try toleave I find himsleeping and have to hoot countless times. The last incident happened on 25 June 2016 , 09:30pm and this emnployee after 45 minutes waiting for himto open the gate and after my wife went through the main entrance to persoanlly wake him up he then opened. I made a complaint at the front desk but those security gaurds too too did not entertain me and one was drunk and smelling of alcohol. I further told the parking lot employee that I will be reporting to his superior but instead of apologising he welcomingly wrote down the contact details of his employer and asked that I report him on tel no: ********** . Kindly look into this matter I will not be held hostage by typicall loufers who do not want to do their jobs but we pay for countless services in our places of residents.</p>
