Park station night mare

So I was in park station dropping off my parents. When I parked for only 15 minutes, the parking machine wasn’t working. So my wife needed to use the bathroom. Due to the bath rooms not working down stairs she had to travel to the upstairs bathrooms which was a distance away.. she took 10 minutes and soon as we were ready to leave they said I needed to pay again for the parking ticket. The people were difficult to reach and where not of service… never visit park station it’s just a mass
