Park at your own risk with Servest - not our problem.

On 2nd November 2018 I have parked my car at a secure prepaid parking next to my area of work ( next to JMPD Johannesburg CBD ), after I have knocked off at 16:30, I went to fetch the car only to find the mirrors were tampered with as a result some objects have been un*****ed off. Reported this to the " Manager " called Amos, and all he said " We do not insure cars which are parked at our premises, but if your have insurance, get them to come and take a statement. "

I speak to a lady who is a teller at the premises to confirm if there is surveillance and she confirmed that this is a norm, they are also working under dissatisfactory conditions and they collect large sums of money, they have no protection from ****s, they are insufficient security officers to perform site inspections, there are guys within the parking lot who normally offer to wash cars ( my first suspects who are in cahoots with whoever needs something from parked cars ).

This made me realise that parking there and having boom gates is nothing but a unmonitored parking, the fact that there's no security / surveillance leaves much to be desired, Poor service which means when you park there, no one really cares what happens to your car, all they ( Servest ) care about is their pockets, which excludes the ladies who are taking care of their monies paid for parking, they are also unsafe from petty ******s, and even if an unfortunate event was to happen to them, there would be no cameras to verify what transpired.
