IM DISTURBED AND DISGUESTED BY A SERVEST EMPLOYEE

I was at SK in Carlton centre on the 20/06/15,with ticket number *** with a friend. A Servest employee BERNARD MBEKWA was moping the floor when I went to the ladies. On my way back I tripped, Hit my head on one of the pillars and fell flat on my ass. I immediately looked around for the 'wet floor sign' THERE WAS NONE. I asked if there's a camera in that area and there isn't one, NOR DOES SK have a 1ST AID KIT!!! A gentleman by the name of Pat came to my rescue and insured that i sat still because I was dizzy and confused at what just happened. i laid a complaint with the manager Thulo Momakwe who has not even bothered to call and check if I'm ok nor did i get one from SERVEST. YOU put kids and people's lives at risk and only put cameras at your till and not where customers r? Its standard procedure to have a sign to avoid such accidents and now it wasn't followed. FIRE THAT MAN!!!
