Disgrace

The new sales rep firstly got lost on his first appointment as he didn't check directions and details first and phoned 30 minutes after the appointment time to say he was running late and was lost and to ask what the address is and directions!!! The head office cannot get their admin or service in order and continually make a mess of everything - just wish I could cancel the contract. I am so disgusted at their ********** lack of service and would never recommend them to anybody - no matter who they are. The actual service team who come to do the work are very pleasant - pity they have to work for such a shocking company. Why when jobs are scarce and there is competition, do they not supply excellent service and continually make excuses? Absolute disgrace !!!
