Complaint

<p>To Whom it may concern. I was given a very disgusting service by one of the servest security memebers at International gateway office park in midrand new road. I was dropping my wife at work and went to the visitors boom gate as i normally do but on that day the sercurity personal was very rude asking me why my does not have access card to the boom gate. I told him she is not the driver and im dropping her off. The guy litterally refused to open the gate for me and my wife is pregnant. The security guy told me the way i will do things according to his rules as he the "NDUNA". Eventually stopped at the gate for 15min, my wife had to get her work access card to be programmed in order for me to be allowed to enter the office park. I feel that the security personel does not have manners to treat people and that he is arrogant and very rude because he is a Nduna. My contact number is ********** 024. Please address this as a matter of ugency, the guy really needs to be called to order for his actions and bad,rude and sick behaviour.</p>
