Bad service

This company is dealing with third party claim l have sent all required documents they require my car was involved in accident they promised to pay me a month ago now they is lot of stories they are sending me from pillar to post it seems like they don't want to pay the agreed amount which looks signed with them and it's long overdue my claim number is 18/803/01636//Dol
