Pension funds

Good day

I'm writing this on behalf of Mr Kganyago *** who went on pension in February. The former employee has been waiting for his pension funds to pay out since his last day till to date. He's financial struggling and unable to support his family. The company is not even communicating with their former employer. We phoned NBC *** and we were told that they never received any documents and we also send emails to Servest HR Nomakhosi and Tebogo but dololo feedback and their cell phones are not going through since they work from home,we were told.
