My attempts to contact them via email were met with only one response asserting that my order had been dispatched. Additionally, the customer care contact number listed proved to be non-operational, and the cell number associated with their Facebook page belonged to a private individual unrelated to Served by Nature. This has left me with no alternative but to voice my frustration publicly.

This lack of communication and the failure to fulfill orders are utterly unacceptable. It is essential for potential customers to be aware of these issues before deciding to engage with the company.
