WARNING !! DON'T BUY A SERTA OR HAVE DEALINGS WITH LYLAX BEDS !!!

<p>Please take this warning seriously. I bought a Serta bed a few years back and it is ********** I logged a complaint with DIAL A BED who then logged it with Serta. The inspector- Nina came around to look and she told me in the many years she worked my bed was one of the WORST FACTORY FAULTS she has ever seen. She told me that they will have to give me a new bed. Well, I got a call from LYLAX( worst serive) and was told to repair the bed I must pay R6000.00- ***- I dont want the piece of ********** Shama and Daphne at LYLAX are pathetic- 2 emails later and phone calls to Durban, still no clarity on WHY !!! If its a factory fault- why must I pay. I am warning the consumers out there- DONT BUY A SERTA BED OR HAVE DEALINGS WITH LYLAX BEDS DURBAN- YOU WILL BE SORRY . *** SERVICE WITH A SH@T SMILE!!! This has been going on from 05.12.2016. WORST BED, WORST RETAILER.</p>
