Serta Mattresses are not the best!!

Bought a Serta mattress a year ago and complained on this site. To no avail even though an automated response rep**** to say that they'd look into the complaint. (from Serta presumably...) NOTHING after a year - SERTA did not reply and we're still waiting for any action....<br> <br> So if this complaint is followed by a message from Serta to say \they'd look into it\" - don't believe it.<br> <br> Pretty badly made mattresses from SERTA all round, useless!! Don't buy their mattresses because they don't last!"
