Serta - Fantastic product and Excellent Customer Service

I have bought a Serta King Size bed, and it has been the best most comfortable bed that I have owned. However, due to a storm my bed was damaged from the water that flooded my home. I contacted Essayvani Kaderiah, from the Customer Care department. I sent her photo's of the damage, and she provided me with a detailed report on the health and safety risks that would now arise from possible mold growth. Essayvani was very helpful and went beyond the call of duty. The report assisted me to get the insurance company to replace the bed. I would strongly recommend the Serta brand, as you not only receive an exception product, but also excellent customer support for after sales queries.
