Serta doesnt respond to warrantee

I see its a common problem with the Serta mattresses, you are comfortable in the first few months believing it will get better for the salesmen tells you to wait it out. When you wipe out your eyes the mattress is out of guarantee and you try to get hold of Serta.<br> Well you are going to struggle for I have been waiting Since 8 October 2015 <br> <br> My previous mattress was a Restonic and I was happy with it for 8 years and is still in our guest room with none of my guest complaining!<br> <br> Im working through Dial A Bed and it seems that they are keen to help but even they struggle with Serta.<br> <br> If their service is so pathetic I dont even want to know what their excuse is going to be and what Ill have to pay in.<br>
