We bought a SERTA kingsize, extra length mattress with base set in 2011, thinking it was the best mattress to buy for the R10,000.00 we spent - thinking it would last a long time. (After all they do claim to make the world's best mattress!) The first year was the best, it truly was luxurious! Then the steady decline to now this year, (actually we've been living like this for over a year) to what we are sleeping in now. It literally feels like we have two hammocks. And we are not big people.<br> Going back to Dial-A-Bed (where we bought the mattress from) is a waste of time because it's out of the 2 year warranty to replace,and they told us if we were to repair, or replace, we'd have to spend 40% of what the total value of the mattress is. AND on top of that, we have to agree to go ahead with the scheme BEFORE they even send someone out to take a look at the mattress. WE HAVE TO PAY THEM FOR THE CALL OUT otherwise it's a waste of time for them. (As they had put it!)
