Savonna mattress

I had the worst experience with your branch in Jacob's Durban. I bought a brand new mattress Savonna which is making a noise. I called the branch they told me to send the video on WhatsApp and the BO number which I did. I was hoping the issue was gonna be resolved smoothly. Three weeks later when I kept on pushing eventually they sent driver to pick up the mattress. I received it same around 3pm hoping they fixed it. Guess what nothing was done same base noise is still there. I went to the branch again to complain the floor manager called Zulu promised to sort it out and will come personally to view. Till today nothing. What a pathetic service from a trusted brand. Right now I want my money back they must take their mattress or exchange with another.
