Poor quality expensive beds which does not live up to their warranty with a ******* warranty

When i bought a bed in late 2011 at Dial a bed for R12000 i was told its good quality and would last longer but i guess that was just a marketing strategy. Last year my bed started sagging in at the end of it,i went to complain at Dial a Bed about it and they told me they will contact the manufacture which finally managed to contact them this year.

Serta beds contacted me to let me know that for them to fix or give me a new bed i need to pay R7000 as per their warranty contract. This is a serious ******* hiden on fine prints as it does not make sense to pay R7000 warranty handling fee for a bed i bought for R12000, it is the same as buying a new bed. I do not have a problem with paying a handing fee but not for R7000, their limited 10years warranty is more of a money making scheme as they know very well that their beds do not live up to pass 10 years hence they make their handling fee to be so high.

The more years you get to keep the bed the higher their handing fee goes, what is worse is Dial a Bed tells you there is nothing they can do yet they did not get to go through the warranty fine prints with their customers to ensure that they know what will happen in the future. I also put a blame on Dial a Bed as they dont protect us from been schemed by their contractors as their loyal customers and yet they expect us to come back and buy from them.
