No stain for 10 Years ???? PLEASE
So we bought a SETRA BED in 2013 (R7000) with a 10 year warranty! The one side of the bed is..... well going down hill (we do rotate every month) but that one side is sagging. So we phone SETRA. The lady said thy will exchange the bed IF THERE IS NO STAINS ON! This is pathetic how can you have a stain free bed? We moved house from 2013. and no one told you when you spend R7000 that \please sir do not spill anything in fact keep it wrapped in plastic for 10 years to keep you warrant. NEVER BUY A SETRA BED!!! "

We have advised according to our terms and conditions within our guarantee and warranty period, stains voids the warranty and make your bedding ineligible for repairs or replacement. We have advised you to take out pictures of stains and email me so that we could assess it and discuss this with management.
