Matress Defective

Dear Peter,<br> <br> I bought a matress from House and Home in Dec 2013.<br> <br> In Jan 2014 I went back to House and Home as the bed is giving me back pains and not what I expected from a R10k matress. Serta send a Representative to my home and convinced me to be patient as the matress has a memory foam and will become better soon.<br> <br> I really cannot sleep on this matress anymore and is my partner also complaining of back pains.<br> <br> Tried to phone the representative who gave me his business card as he said they would return the matress should I not be satisfied with the matress, he does not reply to my smse and messages. Tried to phone Serta Head office also without any success. Submitted online query to Serta also without no feedback.<br> <br> I have constant back pains from this matress,I don't get proper sleep at night and need a bed that deliver to the promises made from their adverti*****t on quality etc.<br> <br> There is a 10 year guarantee on this matress , can you please help so I can replace this matress by a proper bed.<br> <br> I thank you<br> <br> Kind Regars<br> Andrew Geyer<br> <br> <br>
