Disgusting quality bed!!! And even more shocking after sales service!!

I bought a Serta Century Queen base and mattress for my 9 year son on the 1st of March 2020 via Beds 2 Go. Barely a month into my son using this bed, it is sinking and creaking. I have lodged numerous complaints via Beds 2 Go and had Anwar come and view the bed and still no feedback!! I am utterly shocked at your poor quality beds. Your after sales service is even more shocking. How do you expect a 9 year old to sleep on a bed that is sinking in? I am going to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Protection Act as this complaint is going on for far too long.
