Still waiting for payment from SERR Synergy for one of their employees who stayed at my guest house for over 2 weeks while working for them and their clients. I find this appalling as they profit from their business and swindle small business owners from their income for their enrichment. Please be aware that this is how they treat service providers.

This matter doesn't appear to be a company specific 'service delivery matter' but instead it seems like a private matter between yourself and the individual. Please note that our company has specific travelling/accommodation booking, approval and payment processes in place with all our service providers since 2014 and that we as a company was not directly involved with this accommodation booking. Regards
