Bad customer experience

Serpentine Manor is set in a picturesque location with a lovely garden and a friendly housekeeper. There were some maintenance issues and inconsistencies with ‘policies’. The owner of SM provided an unprofessional approach to constructive feedback and suggested that if we have any complaints, we are welcome to stay elsewhere in the future. Given the treatment received from the owner, Susan, it comes of little surprise that the place is currently up for sale. It is clear that she is wanting to leave the hospitality industry. We look forward to visiting this beautiful part of the world once again and wish the future buyers the very best.
