Corporate Bullies

My small business (Qhakaza Beauty & Skin) had a lease agreement to lease a shop in Southdale Shopping Centre, Unit no. F024D were I paid deposit of R27000, I exited the lease end of April 2024 and all the contract clause and conditions were met by my business. From the 1 of May to date the company is giving me a runaround when they have to refund my deposit, they are corporate bullies, because if I was the one owing them, they would be charging me interest and taking me to their lawyers. I am a small business and I think this is unfair. I have 25 emails exchanged between myself and them and to date my deposit is still not paid.
