Hungry customers

Worst place ever. Planned a farewell dinner and ordered all food 2 hours before hand but go there and there was no food. The drinks wasnt even ready. What does management do? tell us its our fault. 6 people walked out with only 20 minutes left of their lunch break as we have been waiting for more than 30 minutes.
