PATHETIC SERVICE

The service is pathetic! the reception lady Palesa is very rude. we did a group booking for 6 people at-least a month in advance. she called me in the morning of our treatment date to notify me there was no electricity in the area (Linden) and that she would let me know before 2 if its back at 13:10 she sent me a sms advising me it is still not back regardless my friends and i decided to drive there. we got there and there was electricity. she then says that there's another problem and that there are only four the******s and we can only get massages instead of the full treatment and could we come back some other time for the rest. Which is a BIG No as this was planned weeks in advance as we wanted to do it together and we dont always have time for ourselves we are wives and mothers. A refund was requested
