Waxing experience- horrible waxing lady

Had a horrible waxing experience here a few weeks back. Contacted the manager but I blocked this horrible place before even receiving a response, wanting nothing to do with them. I went in for a simple eyebrow wax, which fully grown out brows. Just needed shaping and some neatening. My issue is not with the way my brows turned out, obviously the hair will grow back. My problem with their rude, arrogant, unprofessional and absolutely horrible waxing the******. Didn’t catch her name, otherwise I would’ve used it here. She insulted me, telling me my brows are “bushy” and insisting I needed facial hair removal. After I told her I needed to consult with my dermatologist first, her attitude changed and she became more adamant about her knowing what’s best. Since when do we speak to clients this way? Insult them and make them feel uncomfortable and embarrassed? Should’ve walked out then! She waxed one eyebrow twice, leaving one higher than the other and a wide gap between them. I looked so ridiculous before a big event. What frustrates me the most is about the the******. Calling her a beauty the****** sounds like an insult to actual beauty the******s. Her attitude is disgusting and she needs to be house trained. I paid R50 for waxing and got R50 worth of treatment. My advice is, go ANYWHERE else. You might even be better off waxing yourself.
