Useless hair dresser

Unless you want your hair burnt off do not visit this salon, the hairdresser heated one side of my head which had bleach which resulted in my hair falling off and then tells me its because my hair was previously bleached, also I asked for a balayage and she tints my roots and leaves the bottom of hair the same colour with highlights I eventually just walked out and had to end up going to another salon to cut half my hair off and dye it black because she ruined it
