Very unfriendly

Everytime I go to buy new piercing accesories, the staff are very rude. When I had my nose pierced, the lady was very insensitive towards me, as I was very nervous. She told me I should have done my research before going to have my nose pierced, after I had told her I was nervous. Overall the staff are VERY unfriendly and I do not plan on revisiting them again.
