Very poor service from the manager

very rude Manager. treats her staff really bad. she makes fun of customers and has a huge attitude problem. Has no regards for anyone that comes into the shop. she sits on her phone and ignores customers. and when i asked to be helped she said "i will help you shortly" and continued viewing stuff on Facebook and Instagram.
